Analytics in Action: It’s Still All About the Customer

On Thursday, October 21, Wharton Customer Analytics partnered with Teradata to co-host a virtual thought-leadership event, Analytics in Action: It’s Still All About the Customer. After a year defined by change, one fact holds true: the customer remains at the center of your brand strategy and growth. WCA Co-Founder and Vice Dean of Analytics, Eric Bradlow, joined Martyn Etherington, Teradata EVP & CMO, Kartik Hosanagar, Faculty Co-Lead, AI for Business, and others to discuss the ways in which companies can facilitate customer-centricity.

Fall 2021 Analytics Accelerator

Wharton Customer Analytics proudly returns our flagship student experiential learning program, the Analytics Accelerator, in the fall 2021. Students can broaden their skillsets through this seven-week project working with real-world datasets. Fall projects include Lidl, Master Kong and Zillow.
