Kathy Bachman, WG'99

Kathy Bachmann is GM, Americas for Analytic Partners, a marketing analytics and technology company. Analytic Partners empowers many of the world’s largest brands with sophisticated decision-making capabilities to optimize marketing investments and more to profitably grow revenues. Kathy brings a unique perspective from data-driven senior marketing roles client-side in Fortune 500 companies as well as over a decade leading product, sales, marketing, and client success in marketing data, analytics, and technology companies.

Prior to Analytic Partners, she was COO at Comscore, a marketing measurement and data company, and Throtle, a cross-device identity company. Previously, Kathy was EVP and Managing Director of Americas for MarketShare, acquired by Neustar and focused on omnichannel marketing ROI measurement and optimization. Ms. Bachmann held executive positions in marketing, strategy, and customer insights with Fortune 500 companies including American Express, Merrill Lynch, Quest Diagnostics, and Cendant Corporation (parent company of Avis Budget Group, Orbitz, Travelport, Wyndham Worldwide, etc.). Her professional experience also includes management consulting where she advised Fortune 100 companies such as FedEx and GM. Kathy has led major data-driven change initiatives including: building CRM capabilities to personalize targeted marketing to a 70 million customer database, launching and repositioning brands, innovating digital marketing, and launching new businesses.

Kathy has an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Strategy and Finance. Her bachelor’s degree is in business as well, in Marketing and Logistics, from The Ohio State University.

Gina Bahremand, WG'11

Gina Bahremand is Vice President, Audience Research at FOX Entertainment where she leads the company’s Los Angeles-based research team in analyzing audience behavior and surfacing insights from cross-platform data. Gina works across the business to build advanced measurement capabilities and inform data-driven strategies and tactics in areas such as Marketing, Programming, Content Development, and Digital Strategy.

Gina brings 15+ years of experience bridging research, analytics, technology, finance and distribution at NBCUniversal, MTV Networks, Sony and Accenture. She has a proven track record of partnering with marketers, data scientists and researchers to shape strategy and achieve operational objectives informed by actionable data-driven insights.

Gina holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Since joining Evite as CEO in June 2014, Victor Cho has re-directed the popular brand into a customer-obsessed company focused on helping people celebrate together, wherever they are. He has achieved revenue growth and taken the company into exciting new ventures, including text message invitations, donations for nonprofits, virtual events with video chat, and Evite Pro — an event management subscription designed with professionals in mind.

A passionate consumer advocate, Cho has a long history of reinventing online consumer products and businesses across a wide range of industries, including community (iVillage), financial services (Intuit), photo sharing (Ofoto/Kodak Gallery), expertise networks (AskMe), and more.

Prior to joining Evite, Cho was most recently the CEO driver of a holistic and multi-year turnaround effort at Kodak Gallery (formerly ofoto.com). Before that, he served as the Vice President and leader of Intuit’s web channel, taking the business from $300 million to $1.3 billion+ by fundamentally changing the company’s web strategy, organizational structures, processes, and technology platforms. Cho also spent seven years at Microsoft, where he launched the company’s earliest Internet marketing and software-as-a-service initiatives.

Martyn Etherington

Martyn Etherington is Chief Marketing Officer for Teradata and a member of the corporation’s Executive Leadership Team. Responsible for all aspects of Teradata’s marketing strategy globally, as well as brand and digital programs, Martyn focuses on the creation, delivery, and follow-through of the company’s strategic marketing goals, strengthening its brand and enriching its customers’ experiences.

Martyn has a distinguished track record of driving top-line results, growing market share, improving customer experience, and enhancing brands. Before joining Teradata, Martyn was Chief Marketing Officer at Cisco Jasper, a global market leader for IoT connectivity management. Prior to this role, Martyn served as Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief of Staff for Mitel, where he was responsible for driving global marketing.

Martyn has been recognized by The Economist as one of the Top 25 Social Business Leaders, by Forbes as one of the Top 50 marketers, BtoB Magazine as one of the World’s Best Marketers, and The Internationalist as one of the top international marketers.

Martyn earned a national diploma in computer science from Northbrook College, United Kingdom, and served as the chair of the School of Business Advisory Board at Portland State University. He resides in San Diego.

Didi Huang, WG'01

Didi Huang is the Director of Marketing Decision Science at Facebook, Inc. At Facebook, Didi leads the Decision Science and Quantitative Research teams within Global Consumer Marketing to help the company direct positive consumer sentiment and engagement across its platforms and services. She is responsible for bringing insights-driven analytics and scientifically-backed measurement solutions to all of Facebook’s global consumer marketing teams.

Prior to Facebook, Didi spent thirteen years at eBay, Inc. where she built and grew numerous analytics teams for all facets of the company, including Pricing, Product Management, Marketplace Trust and Risk Management, Shipping and Delivery, Account Management, Brand and Product Marketing, Vertical Businesses, and Seller Management. In her last few years at eBay, Didi shifted her focus to manage eBay’s Global Growth business performance where she worked to improve return on marketing investment, increase marketing channel efficiency, and develop the capability for cross-channel, cross-device testing and measurement. Before eBay, Didi worked at Bain & Company in San Francisco and at Swiss Reinsurance in Zurich with international work experience in the United States, Europe, Australia and Asia. She holds a B.S. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from The University of Melbourne and an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School.

Sajjad Jaffer, WG'01

Sajjad Jaffer is a founder and Managing Partner at Two Six Capital. Two Six Capital is a technology-enabled private equity firm that has pioneered Data Science for Private Equity. The firm’s approach to due diligence transactions and value add post investment is backed by 25 years of IP and research in Data Science. The firm has analyzed over $100 billion in granular transaction level revenue data and has been involved in over $27 billion worth of private equity transactions that have closed.

Sajjad most recently worked with a private equity firm in Dubai. Prior to that he worked at Infosys where the firm grew from $0.5B to $3B. Sajjad had leadership team responsibilities focusing on large scale corporate transformations.

Sajjad started his career at M&T Bank. Sajjad holds a B.A. from Bowdoin where he double majored in Computer Science and Government and minored in Economics, and an M.B.A. from Wharton.

Prasanna Krishnan, WG'07

Prasanna is Director of Product Management at Snowflake, where she’s responsible for the Snowflake Data Marketplace and Data Sharing. She has been a Founder and product leader with experience as an exec at venture-backed startups including MongoDB, Jetsetter (acquired by Tripadvisor) and Founder/CEO at SmartyPal where she was profiled in Inc. Magazine. She was a VC at Draper Fisher Jurvetson, and worked on product roles at Microsoft and Comcast. Prasanna received an MBA from the Wharton School, where she was a Palmer Scholar. Jamie Moldafsky, WG’89

Former Chief Marketing Officer Jamie Moldafsky led the development and implementation of marketing strategies and programs for the Wells Fargo brand and businesses, driving deeper engagement and customer relationships, enhanced revenues and overall customer experience.

Moldafsky oversaw brand strategy and expression, sponsorships, integrated marketing, digital and social capabilities, and insights and analytics. Wells Fargo’s marketing function provides marketing and thought leadership propelling Wells Fargo to be one of the most trusted, loved and admired brands.

In addition, Moldafsky was also a key partner to Wells Fargo’s lines of business. As such, she developed strategies for segments, pricing, positioning, branding, service standards, and business development.

With more than 25 years of marketing, executive and general management experience, Moldafsky became Chief Marketing Officer in 2011, after joining Wells Fargo in 2005 as executive vice president of Consumer Lending Marketing.

Before joining Wells Fargo, Moldafsky was general manager for Whirlpool Corporation’s KitchenAid brand, responsible for the brand’s profitability. She also was senior vice president for Retail Marketing at Charles Schwab, the national brokerage company, and held leadership marketing roles at American Express.

Moldafsky holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. She serves on the executive committees of the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Francisco, and No Barriers, and is a member of the board of directors of the Ad Council.

Barkha Saxena, WG'11

Barkha Saxena is the Chief Data Officer at Poshmark, a leading social marketplace for the next generation of retailers and shoppers, where she built the data team from the ground up and leads all analytics, data science, data tools, and machine learning (ML) initiatives across the business.

She is also a co-founder of ElevateData, an initiative focused on scaling practical knowledge-sharing among data executives in an environment that fosters open and lively discussions in order to elevate the role of data across all organizations.

Barkha has over 15 years of experience leading large teams to build and sell analytics and machine learning products across multiple industries. Before joining Poshmark, she led the development of pricing optimization solutions as VP of Analytics Product at Nomis Solutions, and machine learning-based digital media buying products as VP of Advanced Analytics at comScore.

Barkha started her career at FICO, where over the course of a decade-long tenure, she helped found the company’s Decision Optimization team and created machine learning solutions across a range of industries including finance, insurance, and retail.

Barkha is a thought leader, frequently speaking and writing about data, retail, and women in leadership, and holds an MBA from Wharton, an MA Statistics from UCSB, and an integrated MS & BS in Statistics from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Kanpur).

Jenny Wolski

Jenny Wolski is the Vice President of Retail Strategy and Experience at Petco.  Jenny is a transformational and innovative executive focused on deeply understanding and correlating employee and customer experience to drive business performance. In her role, she is responsible for delivering on the vision to become pet parents’ most trusted partner in caring for the overall health and wellness of their pets.  Relentlessly focused on turning insights into action, Jenny leads enterprise wide programs to evolve retail strategy and operations, strengthen omnichannel services, and enhance employee and customer experience and loyalty.   Jenny has served in several senior leadership roles at Petco, including those in operations, pet services, and marketing.
