Zachery has over 20 years of analytics and data science experience. He joined NatWest Group as Chief Data & Analytics Officer in February 2020 and leads the bank’s Data Strategy, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams. Zachery is highly regarded by academics and executives for being a thought-leader and for his ability to transform organizations through the creation of a data-driven culture that focuses on delivering value for customers.
Zachery is a member of the faculty of the Wharton Artsy Institute for Executive Education, the Wharton Customer Analytics Advisory Board, and the University of California Master of Science in Business Analytics Industry Advisory Board.
Zachery joined NatWest Group from Electronic Arts (EA) where he built the Global Analytics and Insights function and the customer data platform. Prior to joining EA in 2007, he led the PIN consulting group for J.D. Power and Associates; served as the corporate economist for Nissan North America, and was an economist for the private investment company Fremont Group.
Zachery’s work has been highlighted in the Harvard Business Review and the MIT Sloan Management Review. He has won many awards including the INFORMS Marketing Science Practice Prize and while at Nissan he was recognized by the US Federal Reserve for the Best Industry Forecast.
Zachery studied Game Theory at UCLA with Nobel Winner Lloyd Shapley and holds a BS, Political Science from Southern Illinois University.

Kathy Bachmann is President and Chief Client Officer for Ipsos, one of the three largest global insights and analytic companies in the world. Ipsos provides a total understanding of people, markets and societies to thousands of clients in all sectors of the economy – brand advertisers, governments, and non-government organizations alike. Kathy brings a unique perspective in guiding data-driven decisions from a variety of executive roles including marketing roles client-side in Fortune 500 companies as well as over a decade leading product, sales, marketing, and client success in marketing data, analytics, and technology companies.
Prior to Ipsos, she was COO at Comscore, a marketing measurement and data company, and Throtle, a cross-device identity company. She was General Manager of Americas for two companies focused on omnichannel marketing ROI measurement and optimization – Analytic Partners and MarketShare, acquired by Neustar. Ms. Bachmann held executive positions in marketing, strategy, and customer insights with Fortune 500 companies including American Express, Merrill Lynch, Quest Diagnostics, and Cendant Corporation (parent company of Avis Budget Group, Orbitz, Travelport, Wyndham Worldwide, etc.). Her professional experience also includes management consulting where she advised Fortune 100 companies such as FedEx and GM. Kathy has led major data-driven change initiatives including: building CRM capabilities to personalize targeted marketing to a 70 million customer database, launching and repositioning brands, innovating digital marketing, and launching new businesses.
Kathy has an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Strategy and Finance. Her bachelor’s degree is in business as well, in Marketing and Logistics, from The Ohio State University.

Gina Bahremand is Vice President, Audience Research at FOX Entertainment where she leads the company’s Los Angeles-based research team in analyzing audience behavior and surfacing insights from cross-platform data. Gina works across the business to build advanced measurement capabilities and inform data-driven strategies and tactics in areas such as Marketing, Programming, Content Development, and Digital Strategy.
Gina brings 15+ years of experience bridging research, analytics, technology, finance and distribution at NBCUniversal, MTV Networks, Sony and Accenture. Krystal Barker Buissereth, CFA® charterholder, is a Managing Director and the Head of Financial Wellness at Morgan Stanley. In this role, she is responsible for working with corporate clients and organizations on creating, implementing and managing financial wellness programs that meet the needs of their employees.
Financial Wellness is part of the Morgan Stanley at Work suite of financial solutions, which include Retirement, Financial Wellness and the equity administration offering including Shareworks by Morgan Stanley and E*Trade Corporate Services. Financial Wellness provides personalized financial education, advice and solutions to help employees of Morgan Stanley’s clients improve their financial knowledge and as well as identifying their needs.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Krystal held a number of leadership roles on the Digital Strategy team at Goldman Sachs providing strategic leadership for the development of new product and service offerings across employer financial wellness programs and direct to consumer wealth management services for the Ayco and Goldman Sachs wealth management businesses. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Krystal was a business development strategist for the head of Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management focused on assessing growth and cost saving opportunities for the Division. Before her role at Deutsche Bank, Krystal was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers/Barclays, executing capital markets transactions for the Firm’s most strategic clients.
Krystal serves as a New York Board Trustee of the Point Foundation, an organization dedicated to the empowerment of promising LGBTQ students through scholarship funding and leadership training. Krystal earned her MBA with Honors from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and her A.B Cum Laude in Mathematics & Economics from Bowdoin College.

A passionate consumer advocate, Cho has a long history of reinventing online consumer products and businesses across a wide range of industries, including community (iVillage), financial services (Intuit), photo sharing (Ofoto/Kodak Gallery), expertise networks (AskMe), and more.
Prior to joining Evite, Cho was most recently the CEO driver of a holistic and multi-year turnaround effort at Kodak Gallery (formerly ofoto.com). Before that, he served as the Vice President and leader of Intuit’s web channel, taking the business from $300 million to $1.3 billion+ by fundamentally changing the company’s web strategy, organizational structures, processes, and technology platforms. Cho also spent seven years at Microsoft, where he launched the company’s earliest Internet marketing and software-as-a-service initiatives.

Christine is a digital data and analytics leader who has over 20 years’ experience helping companies like IKEA, Ricoh, Comcast and American Express, develop and execute digital transformation strategies to drive business growth. At IKEA, Christine currently leads the Digital Data and Analytics team in the newly launched US Digital Hub, enabling the US Digital team to shift from a descriptive to a predictive insights-driven culture. Prior to IKEA, Christine formed the digital analytics and transformation team at Ricoh, optimizing Ricoh’s supply chain performance and improving the velocity and value of online leads through propensity modeling and advanced analytics. In addition to IKEA and Ricoh, Christine led the first digital customer experience transformations for Comcast and American Express, where she launched digital analytics and testing platforms to guide the development and innovation of new user experiences in support of the company’s goals to drive online growth in acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and retention.
Christine is actively involved in her local communities, currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Radnor Soccer Club and previously serving on the Board for the American Cancer Society of Eastern Pennsylvania. Martyn Etherington is Chief Marketing Officer for Teradata and a member of the corporation’s Executive Leadership Team. Responsible for all aspects of Teradata’s marketing strategy globally, as well as brand and digital programs, Martyn focuses on the creation, delivery, and follow-through of the company’s strategic marketing goals, strengthening its brand and enriching its customers’ experiences.
Martyn has a distinguished track record of driving top-line results, growing market share, improving customer experience, and enhancing brands. Before joining Teradata, Martyn was Chief Marketing Officer at Cisco Jasper, a global market leader for IoT connectivity management. His career covers a wide variety of mission areas including Non-Proliferation and International Security while at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Education, Health and Human Services, Public Utilities, and Justice and Public Safety while at Oracle Corporation, and Transportation while at the New Mexico Department of Transportation. Didi Huang is the Director of Data Science (Business Opportunities) at Facebook, Inc., where she leads a global team of data scientists to build and grow the newly-launched Commerce/Shops platform, interfaces with the Mobile App developer ecosystem, creates new and innovative Advertising Solutions for the millions of Facebook advertisers. Prior to this role, Didi built and led the Marketing Decision Science organization within Facebook’s Global Consumer Marketing, helping the company drive positive consumer sentiment and engagement across its platforms and services.
Prior to Facebook, Didi spent thirteen years at eBay, Inc. where she built and grew numerous analytics teams for all facets of the company, including Pricing, Product Management, Marketplace Trust and Risk Management, Shipping and Delivery, Account Management, Brand and Product Marketing, Vertical Businesses, and Seller Management. In her last few years at eBay, Didi shifted her focus to manage eBay’s Global Growth business performance where she worked to improve return on marketing investment, increase marketing channel efficiency, and develop the capability for cross-channel, cross-device testing and measurement. Before eBay, Didi worked at Bain & Company in San Francisco and at Swiss Reinsurance in Zurich with international work experience in the United States, Europe, Australia and Asia.

Sajjad Jaffer, WG'01
Sajjad Jaffer is the Head of Data, Analytics and Machine Learning at GrowthCurve Capital. Prior to joining GrowthCurve, Sajjad co-founded Two Six Capital, the firm that pioneered data science for private equity in 2013. Two Six Capital was acquired by West Monroe in 2020. He found the firm’s intellectual property backed by 25 years of PhD research from Wharton. During Sajjad’s tenure, he worked with a team of Data Scientists and Data Engineers to develop a proprietary technology platform combining large scale Engineering, Statistics, and Machine Learning. This technology platform analyzed granular big data sets and was applied globally across multiple industries to private equity commercial diligence, value creation, and VDD situations. Sajjad was also involved in prioritizing the firm’s R&D initiatives to scale the firm with software and data over headcount.
Prior to co-founding Two Six, Sajjad worked at Infosys Technologies, M&T Bank, and Siraj Capital. He holds a B.A. from Bowdoin, where he double majored in Computer Science and Government and minored in Economics and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School. Kate Johnson is the President of Microsoft US, a $45 billion subsidiary including all of Microsoft’s solutions, services, and support revenues across the public and private sector in the United States. Focused on driving transformation within Microsoft’s largest commercial organization, Kate leads a 10,000-person field team to pursue Microsoft’s mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
A business and technology industry veteran of more than 20 years, Kate was previously the Chief Commercial Officer of GE Digital, a division of GE focused on digitizing industrial businesses. Prior to GE, she held senior leadership roles focused on transforming businesses at Oracle, Red Hat, and UBS Investment Bank.
Kate is a leader, both internally and externally, on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Jamie Moldafsky is Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Nielsen, the world’s leading provider of actionable insights into the media choices global audiences make. She joined Nielsen in November 2020 and is responsible for all of Nielsen’s product and brand marketing and communications.
Jamie is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with invaluable expertise which she has gained over 30 years across a range of industries. Before Nielsen, Jamie was CMO at Wells Fargo. She is also a co-founder of ElevateData, an initiative focused on scaling practical knowledge-sharing among data executives in an environment that fosters open and lively discussions in order to elevate the role of data across all organizations.
Barkha has over 15 years of experience leading large teams to build and sell analytics and machine learning products across multiple industries. Before joining Poshmark, she led the development of pricing optimization solutions as VP of Analytics Product at Nomis Solutions, and machine learning-based digital media buying products as VP of Advanced Analytics at comScore.
Barkha started her career at FICO, where over the course of a decade-long tenure, she helped found the company’s Decision Optimization team and created machine learning solutions across a range of industries including finance, insurance, and retail.

Jenny Wolski is the Vice President of Retail Strategy and Experience at Petco. Jenny is a transformational and innovative executive focused on deeply understanding and correlating employee and customer experience to drive business performance. In her role, she is responsible for delivering on the vision to become pet parents’ most trusted partner in caring for the overall health and wellness of their pets.
