
Rachel Dutcher
Rachel Dutcher is the Senior Associate Director of Corporate Engagement at the Wharton Customer Analytics. Rachel provides organizational and strategic management on industry engagement through the Corporate Partnership program, industry and alumni events, Executive Board, and other business development initiatives. She oversees sourcing new leads and managing relationships with Corporate Partners as well as provides strategy and supervises the implementation of all WCA events. Rachel’s background is in marketing and sales with success in experiential marketing and business development. Rachel holds a B.S. in Marketing from Messiah College and an M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Matt Gray
At Wharton Customer Analytics, Matt leads experiential learning programs for Penn students in data analytics to solve business problems. Matt develops and manages datathons, workshops, analytics challenges, and competitions with Corporate Partners using real-world datasets. Matt is WCA’s liaison to Penn and Wharton student organizations that focus on analytics, data science, and marketing. Additionally, Matt oversees WCA’s financial and administrative matters. Prior to coming to WCA, Matt worked in admissions and marketing communications at several Philadelphia-area universities.

Kyle Kearns
Kyle Kearns is the Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications at Wharton Customer Analytics. In this role, he is responsible for facilitating and executing the marketing initiatives at WCA, inclusive of all written, print, digital, photo, and video publications. Kyle has a professional background in marketing and project management, and he is a graduate of James Madison University.

Brandon Krakowsky
Brandon Krakowsky is the Director of Research and Education at Wharton Customer Analytics, where he leads an innovative and cutting-edge academic research program. He works to design, scope, and execute data-driven research projects and to provide corporate-sponsored datasets to students, faculty, and top academic researchers from around the world. Brandon also builds and teaches technical workshops and classes to both undergraduate and graduate students as a lecturer at the School of Engineering. Brandon holds an M.S. in Computer and Information Technology from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Communications and American Studies from Boston College.

Jamie Samper
Jamie Samper is the Associate Director of Data Science and Research at Wharton Customer Analytics where she supports the design, scope, and execution of experiential learning and corporate-sponsored research projects for students, faculty, and academic researchers. Jamie holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Temple University where she specialized in Cognitive Neuroscience Research and Quantitative Methods. She is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College with a B.S. in Psychology.

Zoe Seznec Sweetland
Zoe Seznec Sweetland is the Associate Director of Experiential Programs and Events at Wharton Customer Analytics.
Zoe leads the execution of experiential programs and events at WCA and Wharton AI for Business. She collaborates with the center’s senior leadership to create and execute an annual plan for experiential learning programs, student events, industry and academic conferences, board meetings, and student engagement with industry leaders. Zoe works with student organizations across Wharton and Penn. Zoe holds a MPA from SUNY Brockport.
