Event Portal FAQ

What is the Event Portal for the Wharton Annual Analytics Conference?

The Event Portal is the platform where all conference information is hosted, including the event schedule and links to live sessions, sponsor information, networking opportunities, and on-demand content.

Where do I watch the live sessions?

Click on the “Schedule” tab. Here you will see a landing page which will include a link to join the live sessions.

Do I have to download any video applications?

No. All live sessions will be hosted through the BlueJeans platform. You will be able to access the session link on the “Schedule” tab. You are not required to download the BlueJeans app.

Can I watch the sessions on-demand or at my own pace?

We strongly recommend that you watch the live sessions during the time allotted. If you miss a session, or are not able to attend, all recordings from live sessions will be added to the “On-Demand Content” tab throughout the conference week.

Additionally, supplemental content that will not be featured during a live session will be hosted all week in the “On-Demand Content” tab. Check out this page for thought leadership pieces, lightning talks, and much more!

Where can I find the slide decks from the live sessions?

After the live sessions have concluded, approved slide decks from presenters will be available in the “On-Demand Content” tab.

How can I network with other attendees?

On Wednesday, May 5 conference registrants are invited to join one of two themed lunchtime networking sessions. More information about these networking sessions is available on the “Schedule” tab, within the Portal.

How long will I have access to the presentations?

Conference registrants will have exclusive access to the Event Portal during the week of the Conference (May 3-7) and the week after the conference has ended (May 10-14). All recordings from live sessions will be accessible via the “On-Demand Content” tab.

After the conference has ended, the event will be archived in the Events Portal under the “Past Events” tab.
